How to make a mousse cake


  • Kinder crunchy chocolate chips with cream
  • melted milk chocolate
  • melted white chocolate
  • Marble cake or the rest of the cake
  • 50gm chopped hazelnuts
  • 175g melted butter
  • 1 bag of vanilla pudding mix
  • 250gm dessert cream
  • 120 grams of sugar
  • 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 500 gm spreadable cheese

How to prepare

  • Place a piece of food elastic on one of the molds and turn it over so that it is at the base of the mold.
  • Pour the melted milk chocolate all over the bottom and place the melted white chocolate in the middle.
  • Create a floral pattern using a toothpick.
  • Divide the kinder chocolate in half and place it on top of the chocolate.
  • Chop the cake and add the chopped hazelnuts and 50 grams of butter.
  • Pour the mixture into a springform pan to create a cheesecake base and place in the freezer.
  • Mix half of the liquid cream with the pudding mixture, sugar, eggs and melted butter. Beat the remaining cream until stiff and gently incorporate it into the cream cheese spread. Add cheese to the rest of the mixture. Pour into a springform mold and bake at 180 ° C for an hour. Cover with aluminum foil halfway through the cooking time.
  • Take the cake out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Put the chocolate in a pan and melt over low heat with 50 ml of cream, until you get a homogeneous cream. Pour the chocolate cream over the cheesecake and decorate with the previously cooled chocolate.
